I had a lovely afternoon tea following my treatment. The lounge and thermal suite tour was very informative. The locker was easy to use because of its keyless lock. Abbie gave me a comprehensive treatment discussion prior to my facial, head, and arm massage.
The thermal suite felt less relaxing because it was noisy and busy. It seemed like we were queuing to get into the thermal pool. The experience was broken due to this.

I appreciated the hotel's pet-friendly accommodations. My dog received dog bowls and treats in the room. Complimentary poo bags were a nice touch. The scottish breakfast was fantastic, a great start to the day. I enjoyed a shellac pedicure at the spa. The staff were professional.
The bar was a bit overpriced. the selection was good.

the suite was very spacious. the jacuzzi in the suite was an amazing touch. dinner was delivered quickly.. it was also tasty. breakfast offered a great selection in the continental and buffet areas. fresh juice was available.
the waiting staff could improve their cute skills.
